About Us

01. Adra Product Studio is a product and software-development company that partners with startups and enterprises to build high-quality digital products. We are based in Coimbatore, India, and have an office in Atlanta, USA.

02. Our 35-member team spans frontend and backend engineering, QA, and AI/ML, delivering platforms for clients across SaaS, logistics, and emerging-tech domains. We combine deep product thinking with scalable execution, building reliable, long-term partnerships with every client we work with.

The Pokhran Fellowship was created to give back by offering meaningful, hands-on learning that builds real skills and confidence – provided entirely at no cost, removing the barriers of expensive programs.

The Fellowship opens up the same mentorship-driven, practice-focused system we use at Adra to help new engineers learn, grow, and become strong contributors – now extended to the wider community.

The Pokhran Fellowship

The Pokhran Fellowship is a six-month, online learning program designed to help students and early graduates build real software-development skills.

Our Philosophy

We believe that learning becomes meaningful when it turns into a habit. Through consistent practice and collaboration, fellows learn to apply concepts, solve real problems, and think like builders — not just learners.

Our goal is to reduce dependence on expensive online courses by focusing on what truly creates growth: hands-on practice, mentorship, and peer learning.

Over time, this program aims to build a community of learners who share knowledge freely, support one another, and grow together — creating a cycle where each person helps the next.

Rohith kumar L Software Engineer Intern

During my six months at Adra Product Studio, I got the chance to work as a backend software engineer intern on some really interesting projects from people+ai and VibeOn. Each project gave me a new angle on artificial intelligence and machine learning and helped me grow both technically and personally. On FindMyCircular, I worked on building APIs and sorting out the logic behind the chatbot flow . Figuring out how to design and optimize workflows in a real-world context was a big step up from what I learned in college. SitePlanAnalyser challenged me to think about accuracy and I spent a lot of time training state of the art object detection models and i got to work with new emerging technologies like knowledge graph databases . Throughout the internship, I was at awe how open and supportive my team was. Regular code reviews and feedback sessions helped me refine my skills, and my mentor was always ready to guide me if I got stuck . I’m grateful for the trust and responsibility the team gave me. I learned a ton, felt part of something exciting with new skills and friendships that I genuinely value .

This was my first experience as an intern after completing college, and I joined the company as a Frontend Developer Intern. When I first entered the company, I was a bit nervous about how this journey would go. However, from the very first day, I felt comfortable because of the friendly and supportive environment. All the employees were extremely helpful — even when I had small doubts, they never hesitated to explain things clearly and patiently. During my internship, I not only learned about my tech stack but also understood how professionals work in a real company environment. The best part was getting the opportunity to apply what I learned to an actual project. By working on a project with backend integration, I gained a clear understanding of how the frontend and backend connect and function together. Overall, this internship has been a great learning experience where I developed both my technical and professional skills. I also created wonderful memories and had a lot of fun with my colleagues. Hi, I'm Sriganesh, a second year Computer Science student from SRM. First of all, I would like to thank everybody for giving me this amazing opportunity. The past 30 days have been surreal and I have learned a lot more than what I have learned in the past 1 year. This great opportunity gave me some much needed clarity on what I want to pursue in my life. Since my first year, I have been dabbling in a few fields that interests but I was only able to learn the basics of those but being here, in the grounds of Adra, surrounded by its talented people, I was able to dive deep into React, Frontend as well as Backend development. If not for this internship I would have never discovered my love for backend development. I have always seen it as a boring and non-intuitive concept but the people of Adra have shown me otherwise.
